Cancer Rehab Class (small donation of £3.50 per class) Tuesday 1pm Funded by Barnsley Hospital and Little Fox’s, plus our own fund-raising events. This is a class covering Pilates rehab, Yoga therapy, Pranayama and Meditation, cancer rehabilitation working on scar tissue, treatment areas and more.

Patients can join our other classes at a cost for the first six weeks at £3.50 per class then to our normal pricing. ME & MS, Fibromyalgia, and other mobility conditions work well in the Monday 12 noon and Thursday 12.30 Pilates rehab class with some availability in Tuesday 6pm, please check for availability under the booking tab. Over 65s on Wednesday at 10:30am This class is now a Pilates based class studio spaces are still taken by our over 60’s students those joining online of all ages and abilities. NEW and exciting FaME falls prevention is in Barnsley with MBS supporting our NHS and Barnsley council, which will be on Wednesday 12noon . Can be referred by your GP, self referred, covering Parkinsons, mobility, fear of falling, history of falls. A donation of £3.50 is required after the first six weeks, which are free, you are expected to attend for 26 weeks. Barnsley Council currently have stopped all GP referral classes. Building strength to support weak joints, including injury, areas included are knees, hips, ankles, shoulders, wrists, spinal. A six-week program was being developed to support pain management covering and including anxiety, stress, and more under the mental health umbrella.
