My name is Michelle Griffiths I have been a yogie since I was around five years old, adding pilates in my early teens, I turned to these two practice’s as I was always in pain from a young child born with twisted lower limbs after spending years in and out of hospital leaving me in joint pain, yoga and pilates together worked so well by the time I was twenty I was pain free with correct posture.
Qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga and Pilates Level 3 including nutrition, sport and remedial massage with REPS. Also a mobility and rehabilitation specialist. Now a level 4 in exercise after stroke and cancer rehabilitation.
I teach groups classes in Hatha yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and pilates from mobility to advanced, including private 1-2-1 and small group bookings also I work with charity groups such as ME, MS, Cancer and rehabilitation and now stroke. Plus one to one in fitness and life style changes from Yoga to boxing.
